Vedha means science, knowledge and wisdom. The name of the Blog itself defines the science, knowledge and wisdom of the medicinal herbs.
This blog is created by me to motivate the interests towards our herbs and their medicinal values. Our ancestors introduced the medicinal herbs in our daily intake of food.
We, the human beings should live with the harmony of the nature as the animals and plants do. Then only we will restore our wellness and immune system. But we are living in this scientific world forgetting our ancestors and their life enhancing principles and food habits and becoming susceptible to various diseases.
Herbs are having not only the enormous nutritional requirements to build the body and maintain its health but also having significant curative medicinal values.

When some foreigner will sell them for lakhs they all will qeue up. Some youngsters who needs information and want to do something good will surely appriciate
